(TSE: 4704), a global leader in Internet content security, announced today that its co-founder and CEO, Eva Chen, has been honored as a finalist in the 2008 Stevie Awards for Women in Business in the Lifetime Achievement Award. This award recognizes entrepreneurs who have achieved accomplishments of significance over their entire career.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs and the companies they run. Finalists were selected by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging. Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs will select Stevie Award winners from among the finalists during final judging.

Eva Chen co-founded Trend Micro in 1988 with her sister and brother in-law, Steve and Jenny Chang, in Los Angeles, California.
